Tracking individual tasks question New
I find your program very useful to track the tasks of all my employees, but find it very difficult to track and individuals tasks.
I have set up Lists of To Do, In progress and completed for each of the companies we service.
The problem my employees have is that they struggle to keep track of the tasks assigned to them if they click on their name under team.
They will have 15 companies with tasks for each of these companies under work in progress but have 15 work in progress lists.
Am i missing the solution here?

The first hint is if you hover on the planet near List name you will see the name of a Space.
You could use a Calendar view in private conversations, different Spaces have different colors so might be easier. Or a List view in a Calendar?
Unfortunately, there is no other view for you to use. We are working on global Calendar but in this case, it might not be helpful.
I will try to think about other ways to solve your issue. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.
Ability to archive tasks in iOS app suggestion New
Thanks for all your work on this very nice app. I've been trying to find a way to archive a task in the iOS app and so far, can't see it. If it's not implemented yet, adding this would be very helpful!

Default view preference for spaces and team members suggestion Accepted
Currently, it seems that the OSX app spaces default to the last open view, and the team members default to chat view. The iOS app seems to default to chat view in all cases. It would be very useful to be able to choose which views open by default.

I would love to see a feature that would allow us to create a new space (project) from a template or existing space (project).

Possibility to make a card depending on another card suggestion New
Sometimes we have cards on the board that are depending on another card to be finished. Would be nice to be able to see that in a card, if that's the case, and maybe even 'block the card' or make it 'disabled' so people now there is something to do beforehand.
Card list is not very effective. suggestion New
Currently, I would like for the card list that has been assigned to a certain person to show more information or be customizable.
For example, in card list, I cannot see which project a certain card is under.
It would make sense to me that I have a good overview of tasks that have been assigned to me, and which projects those tasks belong to. Sadly currently that is not the case.
Why is this annoying? Well, I might have tasks under 10+ different projects and I am told that projects A and B should be a priority this week. Soi have to go to the card list and manually select tasks until I find card that is under project A.
Be able to create a task for one person only. Like in Direct Messages - you can create a task for that person instead of just creating tasks under Spaces.
Cause we have team tasks but at the same time, sometimes I might just require a specific person to carry out a task that doesn't involve the other teams or spaces.

Tag filtering currently shows the union of cards with the selected tags. It would be very useful to have the option to switch this to showing only the intersection of the cards with selected tags (i.e. only the cards that have all the selected tags, rather than all the cards that have any of the selected tags)

We like to keep a risk log and track the disposition of that risk. We would like to be able to link the risk card to the card where the actual work is described. It would also be helpful I can see if a work can not be started if a previous work item has not been completed
